Meaning "without rival", this filipino dessert is a favorite traditional treat. Layers of cashew meringue are covered with rich buttercream frosting and topped with crushed nuts.
You may substitute cashews with either pistachios or almonds for an additional charge. Specify your choice of nut during order, otherwise the traditional cashews will be used.
